Dr. Jain specializes in primary care, hospital medicine, and preventive care with a special emphasis on wellness. As an experienced family physician, Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and further training in Integrative medicine from the University of Arizona under Dr Andrew Weil. During his time as a physician, Dr. Jain has been licensed to practice in six states. He is a member of American Family Medicine, Society of Hospital Medicine, American Telemedicine Society. Dr. Jain is recognized for the exceptional care he provides to patients and specializes in lifestyle, healthy living and preventative care. He is leading change in the management of chronic disease by providing the care, attention and support patients need and deserve.
