I offer Integrative Health Coaching services so that coaching partners can make lasting health behavior changes to enhance their health and well-being. This is done by a process of detailed non judgmental inquiry in a supportive environment that leads to self-discovery by the client. Very often we find it difficult to assimilate and follow through on advice given to us by our health care providers, because of the inherently busy lives we lead. Integrative Health Coaching helps bridge the gap between advice given by our health care providers and our ability to implement it. I also teach therapeutic and gentle yoga with focus on safe and mindful joint alignment during the asana practice to prevent injuries. I teach relaxation and meditation techniques that can be taken off the yoga mat and used practically in daily activities. With my background in Occupational Therapy, I am able to use activity as a rehabilitative tool to help my clients reach their highest potential.
