BestDosage provides a directory of wellness practitioners and centers for informational purposes. You may use the directory to browse, compare, and request connections with listed providers. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting forms
  • Use the directory for lawful, personal purposes only
  • Not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Not impersonate another person or entity when using the Service

BDS Scores Are Informational, Not Medical Advice

The BDS (BestDosage Score) is a proprietary rating calculated using our published methodology across 12 weighted categories. BDS scores are provided for informational and comparative purposes only.

BDS scores do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or endorsements. You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions. BestDosage is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine.

While we strive for accuracy, BDS scores are based on publicly available data and our proprietary analysis. Scores may not reflect the most current information about a provider and should be considered one factor among many when evaluating wellness practitioners or centers.

User Submissions

When you submit information through our lead forms, quiz, or other input mechanisms, you grant BestDosage permission to use that information to provide the requested service (e.g., connecting you with a practitioner or generating recommendations).

You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You are responsible for the content of your submissions. We reserve the right to decline or remove submissions that violate these Terms or are otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property

All content on BestDosage — including text, graphics, logos, the BDS scoring methodology, software, and design — is the property of BestDosage or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Providers

BestDosage lists third-party wellness practitioners and centers. We do not employ, endorse, or guarantee the services of any listed provider. Any interaction, transaction, or engagement with a provider listed on BestDosage is solely between you and that provider. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed practitioners or centers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BestDosage and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any decisions made based on BDS scores or directory information
  • Any interactions with practitioners or centers found through the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in directory content

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BestDosage and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
