The Orthopaedic Integrative Health Center is an evidence-based approach to anti-inflammatory living. Our goal is to empower you to feel and live better. We develop a personalized plan for you to manage orthopaedic inflammation, dysfunction, and pain without more pills. This includes pre- and post-operative plans as well developing a personalized healthy living program. This is based on the relief-5r plan found in the book, The Pain Solution: 5 Steps to Relieve and Prevent Back Pain, Muscle Pain, and Joint Pain without Medication (with foreword by Dr. Andrew Weil). We work as a team with a double-board certified physician and dietician to develop a customized, anti-inflammatory plan for you.
