Services Individual therapy Adult patients meet weekly with their provider and work together on issues that are affecting their mood and/or performance. Sessions are held in person or virtually depending on the patient’s preference. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and are covered by the insurance companies we accept. All of our therapists are independently licensed in Massachusetts and are trained to work with a variety of issues. Clinical supervision for Mental Health Clinicians Outside providers meet with Nova's Staff Clinicians to discuss and supervise clinical cases. Providers are matched with a Clinician with extensive experience in the provider's target community and theoretical framework. The frequency of these meetings depends on the provider's requirements. Supervision sessions typically last 50 minutes. Clinical supervision is not covered by insurance.
