I’m Laura, the GlassFull Gal® and founder of GlassFull Coaching™.I first got a taste how powerful perspective could be in 2008. At the time, I was in the midst of a huge life crisis (personal, financial & professional) and didn’t see a way out. The only thing I knew, the feel it in your bones kind of knowing, was I couldn’t stay stuck and I needed to focus on forward.I put all my energy into ‘what I could do now’ and considering if it brought me closer to a life I hoped for. It was then when I stopped looking at situations as just either/or (glass-full vs. glass-empty) and put my focus on finding a refill.I made it through that crisis by focusing on forward and doing the best I could. Everything I worried about, turned out better than I could have imagined.In 2014 I found myself navigating debilitating illness. I knew deep down I needed to follow my instincts, so I kept searching for answers, answers I ultimately found. This life-changing experience led me to become a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.I continue to believe when you are able to maintain a positive perspective it is possible to overcome almost anything.For those who deep down feel there has to be a better way, the deepest desire I have for my work, is that it helps to others to feel inspired, encouraged and supported so they too can Live a Life Refilled™.
