Liz Coaches serves individuals and groups seeking holistic wellbeing. Liz Frydman offers personalized wellness coaching, yoga and meditation classes for all levels, corporate wellness workshops and group wellness events. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Weekends are available by request. Liz is available for in-person appointments in New Jersey and virtual appointments. Insurance and Reimbursement: While direct insurance billing is not available, services may qualify for reimbursement through your health plan. Our sessions might count towards your deductible as an out-of-network provider - please contact your health insurance for potential reimbursement eligibility.
