Thrive Wellness offers a variety of services including health and wellness retreats and individual health and wellness coaching. The retreats are hosted on 23 acres in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains along the banks of the Spring River. The retreat center includes Star Falls Cabins for overnight accommodations, the Serenity Nature Trail for meditation and mindfulness opportunities,and the Serenity Stone Circle for Yoga and other ritual and gathering opportunities at the river. Dr Bokker has been certified by NBCC as a Board Certified Coach with a specialty in Health and Wellness, by the Center of Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona as a certified Health Coach, and is one of the first to have been certified as a NBC-HWC. Office hours are flexible around 9-4 Monday-Friday with some night and weekend work hours. In addition, Dr. Bokker is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been certified in the use of Technology-Assisted Counseling, Supervision and Coaching and uses electronic platforms that insure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
