Basically, this was a bag of conventional microwavable popcorn that cost $10. We understand inflation is on the rise in the economy right now, but that’s ridiculous.
We never felt any effects from our Pop-Up Microwaveable 10:1 THC/CBD Potcorn.
It was easy to buy Pop-Up Potcorn on Eaze, but that was the only convenient thing about it. This product did not deliver effects, it didn’t get us high, it tasted terrible, and there’s nothing inherently convenient about a messy bag of microwavable popcorn anyway.
It burned after only around a minute in the microwave. This Potcorn tasted worse than a cheap bag of popcorn you can pick up at the dollar store. The burning aroma filled our kitchen.
Try choking down the whole bag to get that 5mg THC. That dose makes sense in a drink or in a bite-sized edible, not a meal-sized bag of popcorn. Increase the dosage, Pop-Up, or admit your product is a useless gimmick.
Look, we aren’t saying don’t buy it. Here we have THC and popcorn combined, the cherished dream of stoners everywhere since at least the 1970s. We’d say a bag of Pop-Up Microwaveable THC Potcorn 10mg might be appropriate for bored cannabis connoisseurs looking for something new. Just prepare for disappointment, and you’ll be alright.
THC-infused Potcorn by Pop-Up comes in both microwaveable and ready-to-eat varieties. Choose the latter if you want to eat your cannabis popcorn on the go and the former if you can wait to eat it at home.
Based on our experience with the Sea Salt variety of Pop-Up’s THC Potcorn, we can’t imagine that the Japaneno version would be any better. Pop-Up Potcorn is, sadly, one of the worst-tasting and least-effective cannabis edibles we’ve ever tried.
Like most types of microwaveable popcorn, Pop-Up THC-Infused Popcorn will be ready to eat when microwaved for around 90 seconds. Use the popcorn setting on your microwave, and listen for pops to reduce in frequency to know when your cannabis popcorn is ready.
