I am a trauma -trained Breathwork and Somatic Practitioner. Somatic work focuses on the body as a pathway to healing, helping you understand and shift patterns held in your subconscious and nervous system, supports emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-connection. I am passionate about guiding people back to safety in their bodies, creating spaces of deep connection, and living a life of freedom, healing, and authenticity for themselves and others. I help people move from pain and survival patterns into safety, freedom, and self-trust. Breathwork, somatic healing practices, and parts work (IFS/inner child healing) aren’t just tools for me they’re vehicles for transformation that I experienced myself and now guide others through.
