I'm a quadruple board-certified psychiatrist and adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona Department of Psychiatry. I have worked in community mental health, hospital, and residential settings with both children and adults. I practice psychiatry with a holistic approach. During our initial comprehensive evaluation, I will ask many questions and listen carefully to gather detailed information regarding the symptoms you are experiencing, your lifestyle (nutrition/exercise), areas of stress, areas of joy, and how they fit into your life history. I may order lab tests or request to speak with your primary care provider or other members of your health team to garner more information if appropriate. My goal is to offer you options for traditional and complementary tools to reach your potential and live your best life. I work best in collaboration with my patients, offering support and well thought out choices tailored to your individual needs. Together, I hope we can create a guide/map to navigate the way to happiness and health.
