PathFinder Health provides preventive health services to corporations and local communities. Our goal is to increase the number of people participating in preventive health by improving their convenient access to a doctor who's sole focus is to help them evaluate their health and lifestyle and make improvements to ensure their well being over the long haul. PathFinder Health believes that the value of preventive screening is not found in a fancy report or slick website - we believe that the value is provided when a physician meets face-to-face with a patient and has a meaningful discussion about their health and how to improve it. We bring physicians to the work site or into the community to improve the engagement of those at risk, especially for prevention of chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer and weight related illness.
