My practice is a Behavioral Health Practice with a focus on teaching individuals, groups and organizations stress management skills. In addition, we offer behavioral interventions for chronic pain. The modalities we use encompass Biofeedback, Hypnosis, and Psychotherapy. In addition, after completing a Level 1 80 hour course of study in Ayurevdic Medicine for Health Professionals, I am offering Health Psychology interventions encompassing wellness education for obesity, diabetes, CAD, Cancer and other health problems. Having been a member of the Palliative Care Team and an Attending Psychologist at St. John\'s Riverside Hospital, I saw critically ill patients and offered treatments for anxiety, depression and chronic pain.
