During your initial Integrative Medicine visit we will spend an hour diving deep into your health history. We will explore lifestyle choices and how those may be affecting your current health. We will review recent bloodwork and physical exam as indicated, then make a health plan combining Traditional and Integrative Medicine practices to get you back to optimal health. Examples of what we treat: gut health, healthy brain aging, anxiety/depression, fatigue, insomnia, thryoid imbalance, hormone therapy, perimenopause, etc.
