I worked for 25+ years as a Healthcare Administrator for both institutional and private practice organizations. After recovering from an illness, my focus pivoted from helping organizations to helping individuals live their best lives. I am the Owner and Founder of Awake-Within, Concierge Coaching Services, and received National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from the NBCHWC organization. Currently, I am completing an advanced certification in Lifestyle Medicine from the ACLM, and obtaining advanced certification in CHEF Coaching from the ILM in conjunction with Harvard Medical School.
