Utah Integrative and Functional Medicine Clinic serves anyone affected with chronic illness. The clinic is accepting new patients and offers consultative services for any chronic issues. We provide insurance forms to be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. We provide a healing environment where many nutritional, exercise and alternative services are offered. We have a certified personal trainer on staff to assist you with a monitored program if needed. Our staff are all well trained and are ready to answer any questions you may have.
