I have closed my practice. Carole Cook MD is a fee for service practice where we believe time well spent with the patient is a great way to start a partnership between doctor and patient. Hearing your whole story is the foundation to who you are today. It guides us with how best to approach your wellness or to re-establish balance as you journey through this one precious life. The goal is to empower women toward health one heart at a time. Expect your first visit to last 90-120 minutes. Check out the website and newsletters to see more details. We have not met anyone who does not have an amazing story. Pain, joy, suffering and resilience are all part of what knits our lives together as we aim to grow younger with age.
