About
Our Whole Health and Integrative Health clinic supports veterans who want to supplement their conventional medical care with evidence-based complementary and alternative modalities, and self-care techniques. We practice in an inter-professional team including a medical provider (Fellowship trained in Integrative Medicine), psychologist, dietician and physical therapist. I myself have additional education and experience in geriatrics, palliative care, primary care, mindfulness and yoga. I lead multiple wellness groups including yoga and mindfulness classes in addition to providing care in clinic, and managing all of our nursing services.
