AnneLaura is an Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist certified in Integrative Medicine (2022), Functional Medicine through A4M (2024), and Advanced BioIdentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (ABHRT) through WorldLink Medical (2024). She also completed the Leadership Program in Integrative Medicine at Duke University (2022). Transformation Health, LLC is a self-owned part-time practice which offers in-person consultations or telehealth and topics addressed may include: chronic disease management and prevention, Advanced Hormone BHRT therapy, lifestyle-behavior change, gut health, detox therapies, PTSD and mental health therapies, energy therapies, and mind-body wellness.
