This is a preliminary course to join our weekly meditation classes. The course is available by appointment.Group Guided Meditation One Tuesday of every month, like-minded individuals gather to meditate in our quiet space. Live guided meditation and gentle soothing music is offered for both beginners and meditators. No yoga mats required.Outreach programsOutreach programsOur meditation center holds classes at various libraries, community centers, yoga studios and corporate companies on a regular basis.
