Dr. Keren Dolan is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®), a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition (FACN), andRegistered Herbalist (AHG). Keren has a certificate in Applied Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (IFM) and Somatic Experiencing (SEI). She has published several peer-reviewed articles and has the privilege of serving as faculty in the Nutrition and Herbal Medicine Department at Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). Keren is also a CNS Supervisor and Mentor with The Nutrition and Herbal Collective (TNHC) and a Mentor for aspiring herbalists through her practice, Nourish Well. As an integrative clinician, Keren practices functional phytotherapy and medical nutrition therapy. She has been in clinical practice since 2007 specializingin complex chronic illness, and she lives, plants and plays in Northern Virginia with her husband and three children. Keren holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia, a certificate in Holistic Aromatherapy from the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy, an M.S. in Therapeutic Herbalism, a graduate certificate in Clinical Herbalism, and a Doctorate in Clinical Nutritionfrom MUIH. Keren’s current hobby is culturing fermented foods. She is fascinated by the wisdom of all our ancient traditions regarding food preservation. They teach us how to find a balance that can sustainably nourish us all.
