Fillo's
Latin Staples
Fillo's paid for the plumbing and runs nothing through it. The Meta pixel and Google Ads tag are live, no active ads found on either, no GA4, no email capture on the homepage, and 3.4 MB of homepage with no H1.
What I checked
no email capture · no GA4 · homepage over 3 MB · no H1
no PageSpeed data
no active Meta ads found · no ads in the Google Ads Transparency Center

What's working
- The product page for Cuban Black Beans Sofrito has a working add-to-cart, a subscription option and a $28.49 price, so the buying path itself is intact.
- That page carries 27 images and 16 reviews, which is real merchandising rather than a stock photo and a paragraph.
- All 20 links checked came back unbroken, so nothing is quietly rotting in the navigation.
Three fixes, in order
Put email capture on the homepage
The homepage has no email capture and no Klaviyo, so every visit is single-use: someone arrives, does not buy that day, and there is no way to reach them again. A subscription offer without a list to feed it is a funnel with the top sawn off.
Evidence: no email capture · Effort: dayInstall GA4 before spending anything
The Meta pixel and Google Ads tag both fire, but there is no GA4 and no GTM behind them, so the site has retargeting data and no analytics. You can be followed around the internet by your own brand and still not know which page sells.
Evidence: site.tags.ga4 · Effort: hourCut the 3.4 MB homepage
The homepage ships at least 3.4 MB across 29 images, with the largest single image at 0.4 MB, and there is no PageSpeed data to soften that. Weight that high delays the first meaningful paint, and the visitor decides before the page finishes deciding what it looks like.
Evidence: homepage over 3 MB · Effort: day

Public pages and ads only. My opinion. Scores follow the published method.
