Ageless 2Gether
Hormone therapy, medical weight loss and IV therapy · Ridgewood, NJ
Sixty five-star Google reviews and a website that shows none of them. Three addresses in the code, one of them with a 555 phone number. A 61.3 MB stock video for a hero. On a phone the page scores 41 and scrolls sideways. The clinic is better than its website.

Who Ageless 2Gether is
- A concierge practice at 584 NJ-17 North in Ridgewood, led by Shellinie Muneshwar, FNP-BC, MSN, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Rutgers graduate with over a decade in acute care and pain management, certified by Worldlink Medical in bioidentical hormone therapy. The whole practice is built around couples: the name, the programs (new parenthood, midlife, over 50s, a couples program), the copy.
- Services: TRT and men's hormone health, BHRT for women, GLP-1 medical weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, IV therapy including NAD+, men's and women's sexual wellness (shockwave, PRP, O-Shot), knee pain, vampire facial and breast lift, telehealth. Packages at $225 and $375 a month on a 3-month commitment. Cherry financing on the site.
- The reviews are the asset. 5.0 on Google from 60 reviews, and the three clinics Google lists next to her have 28, 18 and 26. Patients name her, mention in-home visits, TRT and GLP-1 by name, and she answers every review. The Ridgewood Chamber posted about the practice two weeks ago.
- The site is WordPress with Elementor, All in One SEO, Site Kit, Clarity and GA4, and a NitroPack caching plugin whose response header says it is disabled in test mode.
What's working
- The Google Business Profile is the best marketing asset the clinic owns: 5.0 from 60 reviews, photos of the actual office, hours, a Book online button, and an owner post from 3 days ago. Everything below is about the website failing to use it.
- The title tag and the single H1 name the service and the town, which is what a Bergen County search looks like. The pages carry MedicalClinic, MedicalBusiness, Person and FAQ structured data.
- GA4 and Microsoft Clarity are installed, so the session recordings that would show the drop-off already exist.
- There is one real photo of Shellinie on the site, a studio portrait, and one 25-second video of her in the office. They are the only two assets on the site that are hers, and they are the two the rebuild is built on.
Three fixes, in order
Show the 60 reviews and tell Google one address
The homepage has a heading that says What Our Clients Are Saying and nothing under it: the Trustindex widget that should show 10 Google reviews sits in the code inside a template that never renders, so a visitor sees the heading and blank space. The structured data claims a 5.0 from 9, not 60. The same structured data lists the office in Ridgewood 07450 and in Paramus 07652, and gives a telephone of +1-201-555-0199, a placeholder. The contact page's HTML also carries a second, hidden block: 666 Godwin Ave Suite 200, Midland Park, 551-310-4773. Google reads all of it. Pick one address, one phone, put the review count and the reviews themselves on the homepage.
Evidence: structured data, contact page HTML, Google Business Profile · Effort: dayDelete the 61.3 MB video and fix the phone layout
The hero background is a stock beach clip served at 4096 by 2160, 61.3 MB, plus twelve Google font families, three of them requested in 18 weights each and one actually used, 49 scripts and 28 stylesheets. Lighthouse on a phone: performance 41, largest paint at 16.0 s, layout shift 0.477. The page is also 405 px wide in a 390 px viewport, so it scrolls sideways and the hero text is clipped on the right. NitroPack is installed and disabled.
Evidence: Lighthouse mobile and desktop, Sep 17; viewport probe at 390 px · Effort: dayOne next step above the fold, and a pixel before any ad
The only call to action is Register Now, which opens a new-patient registration form. Google already shows a Book online button for the practice; the website never does. There is no email capture for the person who is interested and not ready, no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, and no ads found on either platform, so nothing that arrives can be remembered or measured.
Evidence: site.tags, Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center · Effort: hour to day

Local, where the patients are
- Google Business Profile: 5.0, 60 reviews, category Wellness center, open with hours, a Book online button, office photos, and an owner post 3 days ago about acoustic wave therapy. Review topics Google surfaces: IV therapy 8, hormone balancing 5, bloodwork analysis 4, shockwave therapy 3.
- Next to her in "People also search for": The Wellness at Ridgewood 5.0 (28), Field Wellness 5.0 (18), Advanced Hormone Solutions 4.7 (26). She has more reviews than any of them and the website does not say so.
- The website's own numbers disagree with Google. Schema on every page: ratingValue 5.0, reviewCount 9. Addresses in the schema: 584 NJ 17 North, Ridgewood 07450 and 584 NJ-17, Paramus 07652. Telephones in the schema: +1-551-310-4771 and +1-201-555-0199. The contact page shows one office and hides another in the HTML at 666 Godwin Ave, Midland Park, with a third phone number, 551-310-4773. Consistent name, address and phone is the first thing local ranking checks.
- Zocdoc, Yelp, MapQuest and an IV therapy directory all list the practice with the Ridgewood address and the 4771 number, so the outside world already agrees. Only the website is confused.
- The reviews were meant to be on the site. The homepage carries a Trustindex Google-reviews widget with 10 reviews in its markup, under the heading What Our Clients Are Saying. The widget never renders, so the section is a heading over empty space. Ten of the 60 reviews are one working plugin away.

Speed, the numbers
| Lighthouse, Sep 17 | Phone | Desktop |
|---|---|---|
| Performance | 41 | 60 |
| Largest contentful paint | 16.0 s | 3.8 s |
| Cumulative layout shift | 0.477 | 0.149 |
| Speed index | 6.9 s | 3.3 s |
| Requests | 109 | 117 |
| Accessibility / best practices | 91 / 73 | 91 / 73 |
- The single biggest file on the page is the hero's background video, a stock beach clip at 4096 by 2160: 61.3 MB on the server. A phone starts downloading it before it paints the headline. The clinic's own 25-second video, further down, is 4.1 MB at 540 by 960 and is the one worth keeping.
- Twelve Google font families are requested through four link tags: Roboto, Roboto Slab and Poppins in 18 weights each, plus Playfair Display, Lato, Raleway, Montserrat, Oswald, Source Sans 3, PT Sans, Open Sans and Slabo. One of them, Poppins, does the visible work. The HTML alone is 201 KB with 49 script tags and 28 stylesheets, and a financing widget adds 425 KB of script on every page.
- At 390 px the document is 405 px wide. The navigation container, the About block and a gallery all extend past the right edge, which is why the hero copy is cut off in the phone screenshot above and why the page moves sideways under a thumb.
Copy and photos
- The About page is written for a crawler, not a couple. Inside ordinary sentences: "integrative medicine doctors NJ", "hormone imbalance specialists NJ", "bioidentical hormone therapy specialists NJ", "regenerative medicine clinic NJ", "preventive health doctors NJ", "personalized wellness care NJ". A patient reads that and hears a template. Google's last two years of updates penalize exactly this.
- The homepage has a heading that says Awards and Recognitions with nothing under it.
- Of the images on the homepage and service pages, one is Shellinie. The rest are stock or template files by their own names: two Pexels photos, an Adobe Stock file, a Canva export called PeachTravelFacebookCover, a file called Add-a-little-bit-of-body-text, and an image generated by ChatGPT on Dec 30, 2025. The hero couple on the beach is a stock clip. For a practice whose entire pitch is that patients are treated by one specific person, the person is almost absent.
- What she has that the site hides: 60 reviews written by real patients, a real office with photos already on Google, a studio portrait, and a video of her explaining the practice in her own words. That is enough to build a homepage from, and it is what the mockup below uses.
AI presence
- Asked "What is Ageless 2Gether in Ridgewood, New Jersey, and who runs it?" with browsing off, Claude Haiku and Claude Sonnet both said they had no knowledge of the clinic. Asked to name three hormone or weight loss clinics in Bergen County, neither would name any.
- For a single-location practice that is expected. What feeds assistants over time is the same thing that feeds Google Maps: one consistent name, address and phone everywhere, reviews that mention the services by name, and a site whose structured data agrees with the profile. Fix 01 is the AI fix too.
Paid, the snapshot
- Meta Ad Library, searched "Ageless 2Gether", United States, active and inactive: 0 ads. Google Ads Transparency Center for ageless2gether.com: 0 ads.
- No Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, no Tag Manager. GA4 and Clarity are the only measurement on the page. If an ad ever runs, nothing on the site can attribute a booking to it or build an audience from the people who came.
Free, done for you
- The first screen of ageless2gether.com, rebuilt. Her own studio portrait, her name and credential above the headline, one booking button and a tappable phone number, and the Google rating with the review count, all from the public profile. Under it, three of the 60 reviews, quoted as written. Nothing invented, no stock photo, no beach. The page is 1 image and 2 fonts instead of a 61.3 MB video and 4 font families.
- This is the hero and the proof strip only. The rest of the page, services, programs, her video, packages, FAQ and booking, follows the same rules once the direction is approved.
