At $13 for a single 1-gram pre-roll, we definitely thought this joint was on the expensive side. While perhaps not ideal for everyday smoking, you can certainly justify spending $13 on a special occasion.
FloraCal’s otherwise excellent indoor bud can sometimes have issues with activation times. We didn’t feel the effects of our Rainbow Slush joint for around 10 minutes, but once it kicked in, this joint delivered a pleasantly energizing high for more than an hour.
Pre-roll packaging doesn’t get much better than this. If you don’t finish the entire joint in a single setting, it’s easy to crush it out and place it back inside the smell-proof container.
The first scent note you notice upon twisting open your tube of Rainbow Slush goodness is decidedly gas-like. There’s definitely a note of citrus there, though, and these two dominant scents transpose into roughly balanced flavors once you start smoking.
We smoked the whole joint outdoors in one session. The high that eventually comes on from consuming this whole joint may become intense after a few minutes, but it will come on slowly.
This pre-rolled joint is ideal for more affluent smokers who don’t mind spending a little bit more on a premium joint to share with friends. As far as premium joints go, however, this slightly slow-acting Rainbow Slush pre-roll might not be our first choice. Choose this pre-roll when you want to get lifted with sativa effects and don’t mind too much how long it takes to feel them.
