"Growing up, our mom called croutons salad training wheels."

While other kids screamed for ice cream, Jon and Matt Wachsman begged for crusty sourdough. The croutons in store looked like they had been stuck on the shelf since 1985, so in 2020 they started making their own, way better and way cleaner, in Chicago. Panko breadcrumbs followed in 2024, then Sourdough Stuffing.

Okay, but what does "Kooshy" mean?A couche, pronounced "koosh", is the cloth bakers use to shape and proof bread. The name is their lifelong love of artisan bread making.

tastes good, Too SaltyWhile I like the flavor and crunch, these croutons are way TOO SALTY!!!! More garlic, less salt! Please! Next time, before I buy a bag, I'll check to see if salt has been reduced. I'd rather buy one of the other brands of croutons that are unflavored, than deal with this much salt again.rontaki

have you no palate????It is clear to me, people submitting positive reviews on this item are paid or have no palate. Just purchased these from Costco. Pure waste of money. Absolutely zero flavor. To claim these are sourdough and full of flavor is ridiculous...These are subpar at best, at least in San Diego...Lori
